Are The Chemicals Safe for my Family and Pets?


The Chemicals we use are environmentally friendly, odour-free and safe for your family and pets.  The chemicals are registered to be used in homes, hospitals, schools and public places.

Is It Safe To Stay In My House While You Spray?


Yes, it is safe, and there is no reason for you to leave whilst the Technician is treating your house. However just to be extra safe, if you or someone in your family suffers from Asthma or Allergies, we recommend that he or she is not present while treatment is being carried out.

How Much Do You Charge?


Our services vary in price depending on the treatment required, the pest involved, how severe the infestation, the size of your home, and the town in which you live in. Once we have all the relevant information, we are able to provide you with a price upon booking in the service.

What Is A General Home Service?


This service treats your home for Webbing Spiders, Large Cockroaches and Silverfish.  The areas treated are usually the interior and the exterior of your home, small garden shed and garage, and may also include colourbond fences and large sheds, depending on what is requested by you.

What Do I Need To Do Prior To A General Home Service?


Usually nothing will need to be done unless advised by our friendly staff.  However, you can assist us in assuring that you get the most out of your treatment by removing clothing articles, magazines, toys etc. from the floor.  This will assist the Technician in gaining access to room edges to spray along skirting boards.

Will The Spray You Use Stain My Carpet?


No, we use water based sprays that do not stain and are odour-free.


Will I See Cockroaches And Spiders After A General Home Service?


Yes, it’s possible that insects may begin to wonder around as they are forced out of their hiding places due to the flushing action of the chemicals we employ.

How Often Should I Have A Pest Control Treatment Done?


Regular intervals of no more than twelve months is recommended.  Shorter periods may be recommended, depending on the infestation.

Do You Offer A Warranty On Your Services?


Yes, we offer a 3 month warranty for all of our domestic general pest services.  

Please note that all commercial and termite services are warranted under a separate contract.  

I’m Renovating.  When Is It Best To Do The Pest Control?


Depending on the type of pest control needed, we usually suggest that the pest control is done after all trades people have completed their jobs (painting, carpet laying, landscaping and final clean up).

I’m Planning To Have My Carpet Cleaned.  Will That Affect The Pest Control Treatment?


It’s best to do the pest control after carpets have been cleaned or vacuumed.
